I'm sure all the real music head's out here recognized real talent when they see it. For those who don't know it's a pleasure to introduce Upcoming RnB Singer Rio.. Born in Ripley,Tennessee Rio Brings that true soulfulness back to the game. At this present time he's Unsigned but I'm sure in time that'll change..
