My life's been going through ups and downs
And Faith Evans is talking about ups and downs in her songs
That's how she guides me to be right after all the wrong things I've done
I don't know how to express my feelings to her
But I know she's so down to earth and always giving me reasons to believe

I feel Beyonce's Me myself and I is the same song release in 2003 and it should not qualify just because the performance went from recorded to live- did anybody else notice,

something like that happened that year L boogy was out and faith got in the nomination
